Abbotsford Brain Injury Drop-In

Location: #103 – 2776 Bourquin Crescent West, Abbotsford, BC
Day/Time: Wednesdays 1-3pm and Fridays 11am-2pm (except statutory holidays)

Chilliwack Brain Injury Drop-In

Location: 45825 Wellington Avenue, Chilliwack, BC
Day/Time: Tuesdays 10am-1pm, Thursdays 9:30am-10:30am info session, 10:30am-2pm drop-in (except statutory holidays)

How to Join

Our Brain Injury Drop-in Centres are located in Abbotsford and Chilliwack. People wanting to participate do not need a referral but do need to provide proof of brain injury. This can include:

  • Medical and Rehabilitation documentation, which includes the following:
  • Psychiatric reports with DSM IV diagnosis of acquired brain injury
  • Neuropsychological assessments clearly indicating acquired brain injury
  • Hospital records clearly indicating acquired brain injury
  • Recent medical/rehabilitation or hospital discharge reports clearly indicating acquired brain injury.
  • CT Scan, Neurologist Report, Physiatrist Report, or MRI
