What is Transitional Living Program?
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides recovery support and life-skills training during the transition from living in fully supported housing models to living independently in the community. TLP also supports people in recovery who need help to stay independent in community.

Daily support is provided for up to two years, connecting people to various resources in the community.
