Hello, I am Wilfred Wong. I have been serving with Communitas as the Chief Financial Officer since 2022. Before joining Communitas, I spent over 30 years working with the Alberta Workers Compensation Board and the Provincial Health Services Authority in BC. My journey with Communitas has been driven by a deep belief in creating spaces for belonging, growth, and contribution, especially for those with diverse abilities. Being part of Communitas is more than a job; it is a calling to something greater.

In my role as CFO, I have had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the transformative impact that Communitas has on people’s lives. Our dedicated teams are not just colleagues; they are passionate individuals committed to supporting each other and the community we serve.

As we celebrate the significant milestone of Communitas’ 50th anniversary, I am honored to take on the role of a Communitas50 champion. Together, we aim to raise $500,000 during this special occasion.
